  • Products in their original condition

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@gopotty.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package the product securely
  • Include your return authorization number
  • Ship to the address provided
  • Keep your tracking number

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover return shipping for defective or damaged products
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Refund Details

Full Refunds

You'll receive a full refund for:

  • Products that don't match the description

  • Returns made within 30 days (minus return shipping if applicable)

Partial Refunds

You may receive a partial refund if:

No Refunds

We cannot refund:

  • Shipping fees (except for defective/damaged products)

Exchanges

How to Exchange

If you'd like to exchange your product:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Indicate you'd like an exchange in your return request
  3. Place a new order for the replacement product
  4. We'll refund your original purchase once the return is received

We do not hold replacement products during the return process to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take photos of the damage (packaging and product)

  3. Do not discard the product or packaging until we respond

Resolution Options

We'll offer one of the following:

  • Full refund (including return shipping)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking Shows Delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier

We'll work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Tracking Shows Lost

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is processed

Processing Times

  • Return Authorization: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after receiving return
  • Bank Processing: 3-5 additional business days (varies by bank)
  • Replacement Shipping: 1-2 business days after return received

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties
  • Refunds are issued in USD
  • Return shipping may take longer
